ABOUT NEPTUNE

Built from the problems manufacturers actually have.

Neptune Networking, Inc. is an ECI Professional Services Partner specializing in JobBOSS, ERP financial data, SQL Server, reporting, integrations, and the systems surrounding manufacturing operations.

WHY TRIDENT EXISTS

Repeated integration, reporting, and automation gaps led to the same conclusion: JobBOSS needed a governed modern connection layer. Trident is the productization of that experience.

THE PRACTICE

Functional ERP knowledge is not enough. Database knowledge is not enough. Accounting knowledge is not enough.

The hard cases sit in the overlap. A financial discrepancy may originate in ERP configuration. An inventory complaint may be a transaction-history question rather than a missing database row. An integration request may require business-rule knowledge before anyone writes an endpoint.

Neptune's value is the ability to move across those boundaries without losing the business context. That same cross-disciplinary approach is now embedded in Trident.

HOW NEPTUNE WORKS

Specialized by design.

01

Depth over breadth

Neptune concentrates on JobBOSS and the surrounding manufacturing systems rather than presenting as a general-purpose IT consultancy.

02

Evidence before assumptions

Database behavior, transaction history, reconciliations, and workflow evidence come before conclusions.

03

Direct senior engagement

The person discussing the architecture is the person responsible for the technical work and recommendations.

04

Productize what repeats

Trident and repeatable utilities exist because the same integration, reporting, and automation problems appear across manufacturers.
